As the principal of West Orange-Stark Middle School, I have a succinct, straightforward, yet powerful philosophy that I instill in my staff.  “Love them and teach them”  When we do those two things, our students understand that we believe in their ability to achieve immeasurable success in the classroom and in life.  Our students are at the center of everything we do.  If it is in the best interest of the students, I am on board.  I pride myself in having a culture that is family oriented, where everyone pitches in to help the other “family” members when there is a need.  I am honored to be the leader of a campus where our students, teachers, and staff benefit from our organizational systems that allow teachers to teach and students to learn without limits.
